Return Policy
CUSTOMERS' RIGHT TO RETURN
Customers have the right to return an order in within 14 days of receiving the order. This right applies only if the product and its original packaging can be returned in the same condition as when received. Return labels are not provided and customers must return the order at their own expense. EDETRI reserves the right to impose additional charges if the return does not meet this criteria. Customers exercising their right to return an order should contact EDETRI to obtain the address for sending the product.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS:

If an item is defective or damaged on arrival, customers should contact EDETRI within 14 days for information about compensation and return. EDETRI reserves the right to refuse any returns made after this timeframe.
14-DAY RETURN POLICY:
If customers are not satisfied with the item, they may return your purchase undamaged and unused within 14 days (the date indicated by the carrier).
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged and unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof or purchase.

RETURN PROCESS:
If your return is accepted, we'll share with you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
REFUND PROCESS:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
